Our expertise

Our values. Your future.

Since 1967, HTT has been synonymous with innovative solutions for process heat generation. With over half a century of experience in developing ultra-robust and energy-efficient systems we manufacture ourselves, actively contributing to standardisation committees and many of our own developments, we are among the leading suppliers in our industry. The secret of our continued growth: quality. That goes for our process heating systems as well as our ambition to support our customers as a full-service provider from initial consultation and customer-specific engineering and installation all the way through to the commissioning and maintenance phase – in Europe and far beyond. We still develop, plan, produce and sell components and complete systems for all industries, applications and performance classes:

  • Oil, gas and solid fuel-fired process heat generators
  • Electrically operated heaters from 5 kW to 30 MW
  • Temperature control units
  • Heating, cooling and freezing systems
  • Heat generation systems
  • Control loops
  • Pumping and filtering stations
  • Steam generators

Our strengths

What sets us apart. What makes us great.

There are plenty of companies out there who offer systems for process heat generation. But our quality, flexibility, depth of service and tailored approach is rare. Why? Because we do it all ourselves. Our production is made in Germany at our locations in Herford and in Spreewald. We set our own high standards and maintain full control of our entire production chain and the high quality of all of our components. This can only be achieved with decades of experienced, finely-tuned workflows – and a select team of experts with a positive mindset who know just what they’re doing. They do it together, with passion and one clear ambition: to keep improving what we do. We can’t thank our 150-strong workforce enough for their efforts. But we can do all we can to create the right working conditions for them – with regular training and coaching, extensive opportunities to grow and develop, flexible working options and creative benefits to suit their unique circumstances. After all, HTT is only as good as its team.

Our values

What drives us

Durability, operational safety and system availability are as much a focus of our research and development activities as suitability for maintenance, cost and energy efficiency and minimal emissions values. We achieve these goals with the HTT modular system which enables significant standardisation and modularisation for our products while helping us offer made-to-measure solutions with maximum efficiency for our customers. With our extensive manufacturing options, we have great production depth in our own plants. All this is the result of decades of quality-focused development work based on our company values:

  • 1

    Customer focus

We do everything we can to satisfy our customers – with no compromises. From engineering to commissioning.

  • 2

    Leadership

Our leadership set the tone. They advocate for our company goals and encourage our focus on quality.

  • 3

    Responsibility

Committed and skilled employees power our business success and receive all the support they need.

  • 4

    Focus on process

We don’t think in terms of departments: we think in processes, which we plan and execute with care.

  • 5

    Optimisation

Our success is based on constantly working together to improve our processes, products and services.

  • 6

    Mutual respect

True quality emerges from an equal partnership with our customers and suppliers.
